Has outperformed its benchmark, the Merrill Lynch 1–3 Year Treasury Index, by adhering to strict guidelines that prioritize safety, liquidity, and yield—in that order—resulting in Fitch’s highest possible rating of AAAf/S1 (Next-Day Liquidity).
